Welcome to Eco MICE Landscaping's Internship and Mentorship Program!


 We are excited to offer this unique opportunity to students and young professionals who are passionate about landscaping and master planning.

Our program is designed to provide technical training in landscaping and master planning, as well as soft skills training in communication, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, and critical thinking. In addition, we focus on mentorship and coaching to help you develop your professional skills and achieve your career goals.

The program runs for 12 weeks and is open to students and young professionals who have a strong interest in landscaping and master planning. We offer competitive compensation and benefits to our interns, including opportunities to work on real-world projects, learn from experienced professionals, and build a portfolio of work.

Here are the details of the program:

  • Eligibility: The program is open to students and young professionals who have completed relevant coursework or have experience in landscaping and master planning.
  • Application process: To apply for the program, please submit your resume and a cover letter that explains why you are interested in the program and what you hope to gain from it. Applications are due by May 15, 2023.
  • Timeline and structure: The program will run from June 1 to August 31, 2023. Interns will work on projects that involve designing and implementing landscaping projects and developing and presenting master plans.
  • Mentorship and coaching: Each intern will be assigned a mentor and coach who will provide guidance and feedback throughout the program. The mentor and coach will also help the intern set goals and develop a plan for achieving them.
  • Compensation and benefits: Interns will receive a competitive stipend and other benefits, such as access to company events and professional development opportunities.
  • Project assignments: Interns will work on real-world projects that require them to apply the skills they have learned. Projects will be evaluated based on their quality and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Feedback and evaluation: Interns will receive regular feedback and evaluations throughout the program to help them improve their skills and performance.
