Refund Policy

Digital downloads

Because digital files are delivered immediately after payment verification, completed digital download purchases are generally final. If the wrong file is delivered or the file is unusable, contact us and we will replace it or review the payment.

Prompt Vault access

Vault access tokens are time-limited digital access products. Refunds are not normally offered after a token has been generated, unless there is a technical delivery issue that Eco MICE Landscaping cannot resolve.

Services

Refunds for service work depend on the project stage, site visit status, and deliverables already completed. Any refund or rescheduling request should be raised directly with the team before work begins.
